After working for a behaviour change business for 10 years and being the go-to agony aunt and councilor for her circle of friends (and their friends)! Sarah made a breakthrough discovery that led her to create the self-improvement and wellbeing brand, The Mapi Method. She is now on a mission to show as many people as possible the simple art of a wellbeing reset and how using the 12 principles of The Mapi Method can make each day really count. In her early career, Sarah worked at Buckingham Palace, UBS and NetJets. She lives with her husband and son in a picture-postcard English village.
